Roxanne Galla was born on November 9, 1975, in Houston, Texas, USA. She is of mixed Polish, Czech, Irish, and Scottish descent. Galla eventually moved to Hermosa Beach, California, to pursue a modeling career.
She began posing for Playboy in the late 1990s and was named Playboy's Cybergirl of the Week for July 23, 2001. In addition to her modeling work, Galla appeared in a number of Playboy videos and other adult films until around 2005. Her film credits include titles such as Playboy: Girls of Mardi Gras, Staying on Top, and Lingerie: The Secret Art of Seduction.
