Story
It's Christmastime, and the Griswolds are preparing for a family seasonal celebration. But things never run smoothly for Clark, his wife Ellen, and their two kids. Clark's continual bad luck is worsened by his obnoxious family guests, but he manages to keep going, knowing that his Christmas bonus is due soon.
Summary
Christmas beckons for the Griswolds, and with it, a familial gathering of epic proportions. Clark, ever the optimist, anticipates his impending Christmas bonus, certain it will fund the perfect holiday. His wife Ellen and their two kids, Audrey and Rusty, rally behind him despite the inevitable calamities that seem to follow their family like a shadow. This year, however, brings an additional challenge: obnoxious relatives who descend upon their home, threatening to turn Christmas into a disaster zone. Yet, through it all, Clark persists, determined to deliver a memorable holiday for his loved ones, bonus or not.
